Tonight I stumbled upon a flash animation series I had seen a while back, but forgot about. It's very well done, and although it is Korean, the message in the flash is pretty much universal. The music in the series is really good as well - a couple of songs that were popular here in Korea back when the animations were made. Click here to go straight to the page where you can choose the original "There She Is", and also "There She Is (Step 2)". The rootpage for the site is here - Sambakza. You can choose to view the site in Korean, or English.
Check it out - the two episodes so far are well worth watching, and more seems to be on the way in the future...
//March 2010 Edit: All 5 Steps have been completed for quite a while now - well worth watching! ^^

an end, and yet also a beginning...
Yes, today I finished the Winter Teaching schedule, which means I have until the beginning(-ish) of March off as vacation. I'm looking forward to it, but I'll miss the FLEC students from the last four weeks - they were a great bunch of people. So, my vacation begins tomorrow! (Tonight I'll type up some papers I have to give to the supervisor guy and the teacher who is taking over from me .)
Here is a final pic from the classes - this is the whiteboard of the Morning Conversation class in more detail. Most of it is very flattering, although the "I kill you~" remark is a little disturbing... :P Just kidding, it was just a joke from one of the comedians in the class.. (hehe Danny, don't worry - I'll have my revenge........)

By the way, it says 'Happy New Year' because this weekend it is the Lunar New Year here... Together with the Korean version of Thanksgiving, it is one of the two biggest holiday/event times here.
~Until next time...

Long Time No Blog
Wow.
It’s been a while.
I kind of forgot about this place and blogging in general while I was in Australia last Christmas… I found this again by accident just recently, and thought maybe I’d start it up again. I’m not too sure what exactly I’ll do here, but we’ll see what happens.
I’m not working in an academy anymore – I’m still in South Korea, but I’ve moved from Chung-ju to further south, a city called Daegu. It’s the 3rd biggest city in South Korea. I have worked for a year now at Daegu University as an English Instructor, mainly to freshman students. I currently have two more days of work, then I am on vacation for the rest of January and all of February. :) Wee!
I’ve recently regained some more interest in photography, so here are some links to the last three photos I have taken. (My current camera is a 'Canon EOS 350D' and the lens I used for these photos is a ‘Canon EF-S 10-22mm f/3.5-4.5 USM’.)
